They made a mess out of things that’s for sure but look what happened in the Watts riots or the recient one. The last one even worse telling police to stand down so they don’t get hurt. It’s one thing to target individuals or civilized intelligent individuals who could get violent and be smarter about it if the wanted like the Kent state killings but if the country goes postal on them it’s not gonna be so easy to control.  It could result in impeachment and ousting of certain people or a coup de etat for one and if bad you can’t go out cops are gonna be protecting their familys.

So much for Aliar Gore and his global warming agenda

Arctic has gained hundreds of miles of thick ice in the last 3 years

Red shows the September 2012 minimum extent. Green shows the current extent, which is likely the minimum for 2015. The Arctic has gained hundreds of miles of ice over the past three years, much of which is thick, multi-year ice.

Nobel Prize winning climate experts and journalists tell us that the Arctic is ice-free, because they are propagandists pushing an agenda, not actual scientists or journalists.

From Dystopia To Armegeddon

When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. – Hunter S. Thompson

I mentioned the news reports of fist-fights breaking out at traffic intersections in Denver. Then yesterday I hear two different news reports of random gun shots. One of shots fired into someone’s house in a not so great part of Denver (Aurora). The second report of bullets flying across one of Denver’s busiest highways and hitting cars. Then I learn last night that bullets flying into cars driving on highways in Arizona have become part of everyone’s daily routine.

We’re sliding into the “Mad Max” scenario which many of us for a long time have envisioned eventually hitting this country. I would have thought that this environment would have started engulfing this country in 2008. But the Government pulled what appeared to be a rabbit out of its hat which enabled it to kick “Mad Max” down the road for a bit. That “rabbit” by the way, while preventing an all out collapse and actually making life better for the people closest to the money spigot, was nothing more than a disguise designed to help the elitists confiscate even more wealth from the middle class.

The population’s hatred for the Government grows stronger by the day. The popularity of Trump’s candidacy for President is a reflection of this intensifying despise. A growing segment of the population cheers harder for Trump everyday as he lashes out with insults at the politicians everyone now hates. Let’s be honest, Trump is at least as corrupt as the career politicians he’s humorously defacing. He would be a horrible President. Of course, so would every other candidate on the roster for both Parties.

Perhaps the best – yet least understood – evidence of the darkness which is slowly engulfing the the U.S. is the disappearance of physical precious metals from the global financial system. Gold and silver is being removed hand-over-fist from public view. Most of the gold is being moved from west to east, where it’s being removed from the bullion exchanges by the 10’s of tonnes on a daily basis. For instance, the Hong Kong Metals Exchange just had its largest daily withdrawal – 19.7 tonnes – in its history. Roughly 100 tonnes per week is now being removed from the Shanghai Gold Exchange. This is Gresham’s Law in action, folks.

We already know about the growing shortages for minted silver products around the world, especially in the U.S. And the disappearance of gold from the Comex bank vaults is nothing short of stunning. The ratio of fraudulent paper gold to deliverable physical gold hit 229:1 to yesterday. To say this is “silly” is an insult to the word “silly.” This reflects and epitomizes the extreme degree of corruption, fraud and theft which is burying the United States.

I was exchanging emails this morning with GATA’s Bill “Midas” Murphy. We were marveling at just how extreme and blatant the manipulation of the precious metals market has become. I find it beyond amusing that mainstream financial media – which rolls out charts of overvalued stocks all day long – has failed to put on display the chart that shows that gold gets hit 90% of the time only when the Comex floor trading is open. Funny non-coincidence, that.

I suggested to Bill that something really bad is going to hit our system:

Think about the manipulation of the metals market that occurred just before the Lehman, AIG/Goldman collapses. They took silver from $21 in March that year to $7 by late October.

Now think about how much more brutal this manipulation is both in the context both of the intensity and the disappearance of physical metal from the system.

I’d estimate that the manipulation now is probably 5x worse and more blatant than in 2008. Which means whatever is going to hit the system will be at least 5x worse than 2008.

I know most people who understand what is going on would like to see a collapse and thorough flush of the system. Unfortunately, the dystopic behavior starting to show up in the general population will be met with brutal force by the near-totalitarian U.S. Government in an attempt to control it. The inevitable systemic collapse will enable the Government to impose totalitarian control on the country to a degree that would be heartily admired by history’s despots.

It’s going to start to get really weird in this country (as if it has gotten weird enough already)…

The NAK project

Ex-EPA official goes off the grid, dodges lawmakers’ inquiry into Alaska mine project

goldbars.jpg

The Pebble Partnership believes a mine near Bristol Bay, Alaska, could produce up to 107.4 million ounces of gold. (AP)

A former EPA official tied to a controversy over allegations of federal overreach at an Alaska mine project has mysteriously gone off the grid, sources tell FoxNews.com, complicating lawmakers’ efforts to question him.

Emails from Phillip North, a now-retired Environmental Protection Agency employee, recently surfaced that seem to show the Alaska-based biologist tried to get the Pebble Mine project killed as far back as 2008. Those emails — and memos indicating government officials worked early on with tribal leaders and environmental groups to oppose the venture — raised questions about the agency’s claims that when it ultimately vetoed the gold-and-copper mine project, it did so based on scientific evidence.

Emails from North’s account show that he “appeared to have played a key role in the EPA’s decision to pursue a veto,” Caitlin Carroll, a spokeswoman for the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, told FoxNews.com.

But the committee is having a tough time finding North. His lawyers apparently know where he is, but Congress does not.

Carroll said North’s disappearing act is “highly unusual.”

Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif.,  and Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, had sent North a July 29, 2013 letter asking him to voluntarily come in for an interview. Multiple email exchanges between congressional staffers and North to set a date and time that would accommodate his schedule have been documented.

North listed several complications at the time, one of which was a planned one-year boat ride around the world with his school-aged children. But then his boat broke.

“Due to a series of unfortunate events our plans have changed,” he wrote in an Oct. 22, 2013 email. “Our boat suffered damage and may not be fixable. The situation is still dynamic. We are considering our options as the facts emerge but at this time we have no plans to be on the East Coast before the holidays.”

And then he lawyered up.

The emails and correspondence that followed between North’s new attorney, Billie Garde, and the government, also show multiple efforts to dodge the feds and other stall tactics, sources told FoxNews.com.

In a March 26 email, Garde was asked if she had heard from her client. She answered she had but that she was “tied up doing an investigation” in Washington state “with neither privacy nor an appropriate venue to talk to you.”

Garde was also repeatedly asked to schedule a telephone interview by Joseph Brazauskas, the government lawyer working on the case, but declined.

Congressional staffers told FoxNews.com that issuing a subpoena may be the next step. But they need to locate him to do that.

For its part, the EPA says it has been cooperating with Congress on providing information about the Alaska mine project, including requests for emails from North.

“EPA is actively working on responding for several requests, including a subpoena from the House Oversight Committee,” spokeswoman Hanaday Kader told FoxNews.com Thursday. “Phil North is a retired EPA employee and a private citizen. As with all former EPA employees, the agency has no comment or information on his location.”

Controversy has clouded the Pebble Mine project almost since the start.

Earlier this year, the EPA inspector general’s office announced it would look into allegations the agency decided to to initiate a preemptive veto of the project. EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy has come under fire for announcing her decision to block the plan before it received a hearing.

The IG’s office has been looking into internal EPA documents and emails – some of which have been obtained by FoxNews.com – that indicate agency officials were plotting to derail Pebble as far back as 2008.

Citing “irreversible harm” to Alaska’s salmon fishery, the EPA announced in late February it would veto the billion-dollar project and would do so by invoking its rarely used power under the Clean Water Act.

“This process is not something the agency does very often, but Bristol Bay is an extraordinary and unique resource,” McCarthy said in a statement at the time.

The EPA also said the mine would hurt native cultures in southwest Alaska.

Multiple calls made to Garde for comment were not returned.

This is too true to be funny.

The next time you hear a politician use the

Word ‘billion’ in a casual manner, think about

whether you want the ‘politicians’ spending

YOUR tax money.

A billion is a difficult number to comprehend,

But one advertising agency did a good job of

Putting that figure into some perspective in

One of its releases.

A.

A billion seconds ago it was 1959.

B.

A billion minutes ago Jesus was alive.

C.

A billion hours ago our ancestors were

living in the Stone Age.

D.

A billion days ago no-one walked on the earth on two feet.

E.

A billion dollars ago was only

8 hours and 20 minutes,

at the rate our government

is spending it.

While this thought is still fresh in our brain…

let’s take a look at New Orleans ….

It’s amazing what you can learn with some simple division.

Louisiana Senator,

Mary Landrieu was asking Congress for

250 BILLION DOLLARS

To rebuild New Orleans . Interesting number…

What does it mean?

A.

Well .. If you are one of the 484,674 residents of New Orleans

(every man, woman and child)

You each get $516,528

B.

Or… If you have one of the 188,251 homes in

New Orleans , your home gets $1,329,787.

C.

Or… If you are a family of four…

Your family gets $2,066,012.

I well remember that fellow Ray pumping DRD ???? or Druy ???? and saying in the ’80’s run he was paid higher dividends than he paid for the stock…tdy that makes real sense again.

GLD, GDX etc are the devils work, they allow the scum to short without limit…but when GLD is found with nothing but paper promises to back it , stand well back.

Leveraged Gold Miners ETFs To Host Reverse Split Party

Todd Shriber, ETF Professor , Benzinga Staff Writer

August 10, 2015 7:03am Comments

What happens when a triple-leveraged exchange traded fund tumbles almost 72 percent on a year-to-date basis? It likely receives a mandatory invitation to a reverse split party.

Such is life for the Direxion Daily Gold Miners Bull 3X Shares
NUGT 4.55%
. The largest triple-leveraged gold miners ETF, which closed just over $3 last Friday, will be reverse split 1-for-10 with that split going into effect prior to the open of U.S. markets on September 10, according to a statement issued by Direxion.

With gold and gold miners being taken to the woodshed in 2015, NUGT is not the only leveraged miners that will be reverse split. The Direxion Daily Junior Gold Miners Index Bull 3x Shares
JNUG 3.53%
, NUGT’s small-cap counterpart, will also be reverse split, but on a 1-for-5. By the time September 10 rolls around, JNUG will have experienced two reverse splits in less than nine months.

Perhaps it is an oddity, but JNUG’s bearish equivalent, the Direxion Daily Junior Gold Miners Index Bear 3X Shares
JDST 4.01%
, will also be reverse split 1-for-5. Year-to-date, JDST is down almost 6 percent thanks to some fleeting moments of bullishness for miners in the first and second quarters, but JDST has surged 87.4 percent over the past three months
