Tax payer unions have been taking job losses and pay cuts since 1980 because of global gov’t incentives for outsourcing, and imports to America. Many tax payer unions were busted and lost most of their members.
On the other hand, to over ride job losses, the global gov’t promoted many different tax absorber occupations and jobs. Tax absorber unions flourished as as various local gov’ts hired more and more over paid unneeded people.
Nothing is a coincidence. Imo the Global powers are now and have been trying to build up the tax PAYER class, including making it easier to form a union.
Everything is in reverse for the USA. My only caution is they may started doing too little too late. But? If real estate crashes from here, and oil keeps dropping, they will all get “passive” raises.
