I love minisplits. They’re very popular here too, I hear all the MJ operations use them here. The efficiency ratings are off the charts. There’s also a new cassette system by Daiken, no one has heard of the company but an HVAC expert I know in the industry said they’re going to take over the markets in the next few years, it’s an excellent system

“Stephan”  the German UPS delivery guy is not so stupid, but had he seen the accident, he would have been thinking that I would be needing more “motorcycle parts” soon  !!

We put two HVAC  mini split heat pumps in last weekend.  One downstair 24,000 BTU and  a 12,000 BTU in the master.

They will provide heat in the winter and air in the summer.  My oil bills have been outrageous.   I thought the mini splits were just a fad, but Im very impressed so far.

Hope the solar project is going good.
