Loading ...Any of you guys remember the movie “China Syndrome” with Jack Lemmon? He felt something, a vibration, and knew something was very wrong.
The China Syndrome is a 1979 American thriller film that tells the story of a television reporter and her cameraman who discover safety cover ups at a nuclear power plant. It stars Jane Fonda, Jack Lemmon, and Michael Douglas,
a nuclear meltdown scenario so named for the fanciful idea that there would be nothing to stop the meltdown tunneling its way to the other side of the world (“China”). The China Syndrome, a 1979 film inspired by the scenario.
