JUST AS A SMALL EXAMPLE     I just came back from “Home DEPOT” ,I tried to buy a quart of Black Paint..there was nobody in the Paint section lots of employees walking around ..I stopped one of them to ask” does anybody work in Paint dept.?  He said they are on “break ” …I said from what ? you only have a handfull of employees in the store !..What are they on break from ? Having nothing to do ?

I walked out and went to Lowes just 1 block away… Bought a quart of “ready mix black” paint .and left.. “TOO big to fail” even in the Hardware STORE BUSINESS …I guess…
