A while back I was reading an article in which the question was being asked: “How come the US is not bombing the ISIS oil operations?” Supposedly it wasn’t being done on account of a portion of the fuel was being used to power and heat the surrounding cities and towns. So … if the fuel was cut off there would be a lot of civilian hardship.
… or … maybe if we were still supporting ISIS we want to allow them to keep making money from the oil sales?
I don’t think the second option is true anymore. I hope not anyways. Who knows
