Loading ...Strange either this was either bad shots or done to wound and scare people. Either way with cops involved first before medical can be cleared to treat it will result in loss of time and lives even with wounds. I’ve also seen them waist precious time although not all asking questions delaying help to victim even when area safe to go. I’ve seen fire ordering them to get out of the way.
