1.More Police on the BEAT ….REALLy ?

2.Police using Computers     ….Really ?

3.Less BOOZE    (  HAHA)

4.LESS   LEAD in the enviornment (  haha)      MAYBE Global WARMING TOO  they forgot to mention ..

5. BETTER ECONOMY….(THATS the funniest one of  all) from the SPIN DOCTORS DEMOCRATS  headquarters
