US & Russia to present joint anti-terror finance UNSC resolution

The United States and Russia will soon be ready to present a draft UN Security Council resolution aimed at crippling the sources of Islamic State’s income, as well as other terror groups. The new text will also finally single ISIS out as a separate terror entity.

“We are working together with the US delegation on a joint project,” Russian Ambassador to the UN Vitaly Churkin told reporters. “This is a grand resolution to fight terrorism. We are quite confident that we will achieve this, that this resolution would be ready by December 18.”

that if a Muslim living in America uses encryption to send message outside of this country …What is the obvious indication of whats going on ?

ANY Muslim using encryption can be traced to the IP address and further directly to the computer used…..We have that capability and any of Obamas henchmen that say we don’t are lying.   WHY do we hear from our own Government employees that they are stymied by the use of encryption ..what kind of stupid excuse is that  ? If they use encryption.. pull their Passports fast  .That would have stopped all those that went to fight for Isis and those that were becoming radicalized over long periods of time !  They all use encryption  ..WE cant afford to wait until those idiots in this administration figure it out ..if they ever do  .Pull their Passports first and FAST …Obama is an enabler !   The French could have saved many lives if they had done that and it would not have denied any rights of peaceful Muslims  and that guy from Belgium could not have left Europe.

Probable cause  is reason enough and it dosent deny freedom of speech to put a hold  on  the Passport UNTIL the message is deciphered.

Any US citizen going abroad to fight has in effect given up their  loyalty oath and violated their citizenship rights ….Pull their Passports and citizenship.Since it was obtained by fraud and deception .  Dont let them come back !

A rich American tourist was holidaying in Rome, and was intent on seeing the Pope. There he stood, in a big long line with a rather expensive suit on, hoping the Pope would notice how smart he was and perhaps talk a few words with him.

“Our research shows that out of a yearly income of at least $500,000, you give not a penny to charity. Wouldn’t you like to give back to the community in some way?”

The lawyer mulled this over for a moment and replied, “First, did your research also show that my mother is dying after a long illness, and has medical bills that are several times her annual income?”

Embarrassed, the United Way rep mumbled, “Um … no.”

The lawyer interrupts, “or that my brother, a disabled veteran, is blind and confined to a wheelchair?”

The stricken United Way rep began to stammer out an apology, but was interrupted again.

“or that my sister’s husband died in a traffic accident,” the lawyer’s voice rising in indignation, “leaving her penniless with three children?!”

The humiliated United Way rep, completely beaten, said simply, “I had no idea…”

On a roll, the lawyer cut him off once again, “So if I don’t give any money to them, why should I give any to you?”

Nevada judge denies counties’ bid to halt US sage grouse protections; refuses temporary order

AP:RENO, Nev.) RENO, Nev. (AP) — A federal judge in Nevada refused Tuesday to temporarily block new U.S. rules intended to protect the greater sage grouse, leaving the land use planning amendments intact at least until a trial expected to begin early next year.

U.S. District Judge Miranda Du said nine Nevada counties, two mining companies and a ranching operation challenging the regulations have failed to prove any irreparable harm that could be averted by immediately halting implementation of the regulations.

The lawsuit backed by Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt — over the objections of his fellow Republican Gov. Brain Sandoval — claims the restrictions on development were adopted illegally and would threaten the survival of miners, ranchers and rural economies across much of the West.
