Britain is preparing to deploy up to 1,000 troops and Special Forces to Libya
Fears remain over growing expansion of ISIS presence in and around Sirte
A small team of soldiers will be deployed to carry out ‘scoping’ missions
British military personnel would contribute to a 6,000-strong Italian-led mission to train and support local forces
