The media mogul took a 10% stake in Weight Watchers International Inc., agreeing to buy 6.4 million shares of the struggling weight-loss company for $43.2 million, and collecting an additional 3.5 million stock options.
The value of her holdings shot up to $94 million when shares of Weigh Watchers jumped 77% to $11.99 when the stock opened for trading Monday morning.
