forget about it. You still are making way too much sense in a world gone nuts. Maybe in a few more decades which I am hoping by then America has returned to some level of common sense and lovers of Truth. But in the mean time, keep up with your ideas and the like. Who knows, some unfortunate soul may bump into one of your level headed idea or some fact and get some sense knocked into him/her.

course, keeping rust off of old tractor seats is something not everyone can do. Thanks for the shout and I pretty much take for granted you are doing well and still ever vigilant over that secret woodpile. Looking forward to reading your posts a little more in the coming year. Hopefully, Gold and Silver will gain a little respect in the market place, but if not, watching American politics should be good for a few laughs. for the Federal Reserve to take a “leave of absence”   …all of them for 2 years ..with Pay  of coarse    ..It would be cheaper than letting them make decisions….Just go home for two years or take a cruise to Brazil and stay there for two years.  Until the Markets find price discovery for themselves   including interest rates  .

Not doing too badly, recovering from a hard case of pneumonia that isn’t doing the COPD any good…so except for feeding the birds and deer I don’t do much.

Speaking of the deer, there is one group of a dozen and another group of eight…and two bucks I am delighted to say.   One has a beautiful head of antlers but he doesn’t come near until he is certain it is safe (meaning when I leave the feeding area).  The other one must have been brought here by his mother as a fawn because he is familiar with me and lets me get quite close.  I call him Handsome and chat with him as he eats.  Beautiful creatures, I am so blessed.

But I will go ahead and tell ya, the boys down at the Feed Store are more interested in whats been going on at the Oasis than anything else. But if you’re wondering if they are gonna vote for Hillary well I guess that depends. You see, business down at the gun store and shooting range has been really good in the last 7 years. One store just built a big fancy place with an indoor range big enough to even shoot your long guns. I mean, we all pretty much are proud that Obama has been the No 1 gun salesman and thinking Hillary might just try and beat his record for gun sales? Kinda a hard call, but a lot of folks think Trump would poke a finger in some of those professional politicians eyes and maybe even a bankster  or two as well. Im thinking, maybe Hillary and Donald will end up in a tie vote, and we get both of them for President. Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘odd couple’. Throw in Billy Clinton as Director of Personnel & Human Resources for the  White House and you have a top ranked reality TV show!

An alliance of US-backed Syrian Kurdish and Arab rebels has taken a key dam on the Euphrates River from the so-called “Islamic State.” The alliance has pushed back “IS” from large swaths of territory.

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), a rebel alliance that includes the powerful YPG Kurdish militia and Arab rebel groups, wrested control of the strategic Tishreen Dam from Islamic State on Saturday after making rapid advances south earlier this week, Kurdish media reported.
