Loading ...just recently built, they left their red balls on the sidewalk just outside their former front entrance. At the time, I wondered why they left those behind. But today I noticed that someone has finally come back to collect the red symbols. Maybe Lowe’s will have a better experience in the small Canadian market than was the case for Target.
