same experience with SUGAR many years ago…ibought sugar Futures and some kind of rot hit the crop ..I was up about $30,000 when they decided to allow NON DELIVERABLE grade yellow sugar from INDIA  and I lost about 80 % of my hard won gains in about an hour..That and some other mis adventures in copper made me decide to stop trading in Chicago and stay with the crooks I knew in NY instead of the crooks I didnt know in Chicago.
