Court rebukes IRS for tea party targeting, orders release of secret list

A federal appeals court spanked the IRS Tuesday, saying it has taken laws designed to protect taxpayers from the government and turned them on their head, using them to try to protect the tax agency from the very tea party groups it targeted.

The judges ordered the IRS to quickly turn over the full list of groups it targeted so that a class-action lawsuit, filed by the NorCal Tea Party Patriots, can proceed. The judges also accused the Justice Department lawyers, who are representing the IRS in the case, of acting in bad faith — compounding the initial targeting — by fighting the disclosure.

They are putting loads of Puts into the money here below 118 GLD…so they may relent short term, or of course they may have used the Granters, to get the ball rolling and then run the Options to force the granters to put on delta hedges in the puts, as they go into the money.

Largest Call possy for GLD is the 118.00 strike…well what do u know o/n Gld is down 1.2 % falling from 119.31 to 117.90….well ain’t that amazing, how lucky for the call granters.

Hows GDX doing I wonder, the largest Call strikes start at 20 and run to 23, whereas the largest Puts go from 21 dn to 18….so @ 20 or less the maximum number of buyers of both calls and puts, all get nothing….well what do u know it closed at 20.58 and has magically dropped 3 % to trade just under 20.00……thus taking out the maximum number of buyers.

We may as well all go back to sleep, as the Option mkt makers/Scum have got both mkts just where they wanted them and they are highly unlikely to “allow” them to move much either way, otherwise a buyer might make a profit and that is no longer allowed in Scumland.

Here’s what SEC does really well, so please don’t disturb them by complaining in any way.
