FWIW, my thoughts on bit gold are few, but I do have questions.
Isn’t James Turk one of those folks who for years has said “If you don’t hold it, you don’t own it”?
Now, it’s seems to be o.k. to let him keep things tidy?
One needs to have access to electricity/phone/computer and a way to transfer value from the ether/digital world to the real one.
Will that be available in case of nuclear war, political upheaval, even severe earth changes – earthquake/snow/wind/flood etc.?
Bit gold may be o.k. for some use in the world in it’s current state, but what happens when things change?
If one has enough money to allocate some portion to bit gold, it might be worth doing, but I don’t have that kind of wealth.
No homes on several continents, no private jet to get me to Singapore when things go belly-up.
