When did that ever stop Gubberment from Stealing from the Productive sector ?  They just want to know where the money is and want you to tell them !  Tell us how much you make so we can force more tax from you !   It kind of reminds me of a LOCAL TAX that says  “This form is where you report CAPITAL NOT OTHERWISE TAXED ”   ….!
