Gold Has Started The Next Wave Up>>Buy The Dips

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 22:42 on April 13, 2016

The Dec third bottom is clear to see. Under $1,060. I called it on that day if anyone remembers. A hole in one.

That run to $1,270 was an over reaction, got a little ahead of itself, and at $1,240 today it’s still only 2.3% off the recent high. Its been more like a TIME correction rather than a price correction.

Dopey/Dollar is in a clear down trend that started Dec third. Ya know how you just KNOW something, but just can’t prove it? I KNEW that day TPTB rotated the dollar lower, but NOT in a straight line of course.

My favorite Jefferson quote

Posted by ipso facto @ 21:25 on April 13, 2016

On banks as the biggest threat to liberty – Thomas Jefferson letter to John Taylor, May 28, 1816

If the American People ever allow the banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers occupied. The issuing power of money should be taken from the bankers and restored to Congress and the people to whom it belongs. I sincerely believe the banking institutions having the issuing power of money are more dangerous to liberty than standing armies.

Price of Gold

Posted by newtogold @ 21:24 on April 13, 2016

is down 8 bucks right now. Guess the Fed was doing something for the past three days . Maybe a prep for April 19 opening of the Chinese Gold price which could eliminate the London Fix altogether. We’ll soon see. Will we get a grand finale moment at the fireworks show or just a couple of firecrackers set off? Turd warned of a hit as soon as OI went over 500K. Right he was again.

Now almost 11 bucks and silver down .15. Look out below!

I doubt if Ill get a check in the Mail !

Reuters

April 13 (Reuters) – Deutsche Bank AG has agreed to settle U.S. litigation over allegations it illegally conspired with Bank of Nova Scotia and HSBC Holdings Plc to fix silver prices at the expense of investors, a court filing on Wednesday showed.

Terms were not disclosed, but the accord will include a monetary payment by the German bank, a letter filed in Manhattan federal court by lawyers for the investors said.

Deutsche Bank has signed a binding settlement term sheet, and is negotiating a formal settlement agreement to be submitted for approval by U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni, who oversees the litigation.

A Deutsche Bank spokeswoman declined to comment. Lawyers for the investors did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

I know a Train-Head when I encounter one! 🙂

If those locomotives were built with the same care and quality as the cars of the era then I’m sure they lasted for a very long time.

Yeah, those are first-generation diesel locos from the 1950’s, and the pix is dated 1979.

Those are ALCO diesels, from the American Locomotive Co (ALCO) and were famous for their black smoke when accelerating… not seen in this pix.  I remember as a child seeing this type going by on the local railroad, and I could always tell the ALCOs by the peculiar steel rattle the engines made… like a bad valve job on your car!

More than that. These people need to be held legally accountable for willful malice. They are giving themselves raises while bribing politicians. These are big raises like for 250K to 800K while holding people hostage both financially and while forcing people to  to inject poison. Sounds a bit satanic to me.

Torex strikes deal with local group blocking access to El Limon-Guajes mine

TORONTO (miningweekly.com) – Canadian gold producer Torex Gold has reached an agreement with local families blocking access to the El Limon-Guajes (ELG) mine, in Mexico, for more than a week, saying operations will be restarted during the night shift on Thursday. Less than a week after declaring commercial production, Torex was forced last week Monday to temporarily suspend operations at the ELG operation, located in the Guerrero Gold Belt, south-west of Mexico City, reporting that an illegal blockade was started by three families demanding payments for alleged environmental damages. “The transition from the high levels of activity during construction to the lower levels required during operations, is challenging for all stakeholders. One of the more difficult challenges is re-setting expectations as to what the company can and cannot do to improve the lives of community members that do not have an employment or contractual relationship with the company. “This ‘re-setting of expectations’ is not completed yet, but a process has been established to move toward that understanding,” explained Torex president and CEO Fred Stanford.

China Gold Fix to create greater price transparency

China is set to extend its influence in the gold market with the launch of a highly anticipated yuan-denominated gold fix on April 19.

“As the largest producer and consumer of gold, it is only logical that they develop the infrastructure to trade, price and provide liquidity for gold in their own currency,” said John Butler, vice president and head of wealth services at GoldMoney.

Seamus Donoghue, chief executive officer of Singapore-based Allocated Bullion Solutions said the gold fix also provides the People’s Bank of China with the capability to control and stabilise the gold price.

Like the London Gold Fix, the Shanghai Gold Exchange’s (SGE) benchmark price will be set twice per business day and both local and foreign banks will be allowed to trade the contract. It is understood that clients of foreign banks will be allowed to trade anonymously whereas those of domestic banks will not enjoy the same privilege. In China, the initial price for the first auction will be determined by a ‘trimmed arithmetic average of price-setting members’ inputs’ whereas the London auctions kick off using a price selected by an independent chairperson, Donoghue said.
