Most societies like theirs have a minimum FINANCIAL net worth before you can even become a RESIDENT let alone a citizen with voting privileges. Cayman Islands is the same ! They even have a $250,000 minimum housing investment to become a Resident which you can never withdraw from them.. They are not STUPID ! Its your money they use to develop their country and in return you get to visit your money as a legal resident . There is NO FREE LUNCH in the details ..! Stupid Americans need not apply..
