Loading ...What it says is since you have no Constitutional Rights in Oklahoma ,neither do the Police ..They are no longer entitled to the benefit of any doubt ,protection under the Law,and since they have become criminals the Right to self defense(a GOD given Right) allows you to take any measures needed to defend yourself . If I were on a JURY the Police would not win in this situation no matter how the Judge instructed me …I can nullify the Judges instructions and rule on the LAW and say it does not apply in this case.. end of discussion…..Know your rights as a JUROR ! Always ask for a JURY trial NOT a judge …Any juror can overide any judges instructions to enforce a bad LAW simply by saying That LAW does not apply in this case ….Thats a JURORS right !
