Since there are no official charges they won’t even get a public defender which probably goes in their pot too so a conflict of interest. Less a good lawyer they pick carrear juniors that goes along with what the judge says plus. Plus is for instance you were Trump calling someone a Mexican whos bias against him they will call all the Mexicans they can for the jury. A lawyer not keen to this tactic loses before they start.
