RNO Glad to see your back. Are there many more expats over there now or less? That’s good to know they can’t get into people’s bank how to they get around going through their pockets without a warrant? They have targeted innocent people. There are people who don’t have bank accounts and use those cards. After 08 a lot of people lost their bank accounts. I’ve used those cards traveling for emergency just in case. Had a friend who had her bank account emptied while traveling after someone got her card number and she had life lock. I’ve also given them as gifts to kids.
That’s good there stopping them but still not at the border. I can appreciate them stopping these dealers but still need to get to the heart of it as many are young and poor and being used as transporters for a few bucks, this just goes after the money not the instigator. Good part it gives them something to think about without throwing them in the system bad part is the people behind it aren’t caught and may not believe them. I’m guessing these suppliers don’t have good tempers.

Money laundering uses prepaid cards to bypass cash. If the owner of the card is found innocent or no charges filed, the card is restored.

Two major interstate highways intersect in Oklahoma as well as many rural highways that are used by drug runners. They deliver the drugs and take a prepaid card. No cash to worry about being confiscated. Again, if the money is in the bank or credit, the hop scanner doesn’t work.

If  they can get back claimimg he was gay and had self conflict about it they can spin it off as a hate crime although don’t know of any gays planning  mass shootings. Its a hard call right now. Gold reached 1280 plus although fell. Two scenarios, people could see this as bullish and get in now before it passes resistance and harder to buy or stay on the sidelines waiting to see if it will reverse or hedge their long shares.  It’s not the buy and hold that will move it,  it will be speculators and technicals. One of those cross roads.
