Thats even worse than”We got caught short ”  What that means is we intentionally set out to SCREW you rather than we miscalculated !   They dont deserve any good will after saying that ! CRUSH them until they get some Humility ! SHRINK their assets,force the Sale of ASSETS FIRE the CEO and FILE CRIMINAL charges against him until the management gets a dose of HUMILITY instead of arrogance !
