UK housebuilder Berkeley Group Holdings Plc has halted construction at a 20 million-pound luxury housing project in London, it said on Friday.

Be very careful on what you click on. Always think about the scammers that are out there. The biggest threat today is probably cryptolocker. Once these guys get you, well it’s over unless you want to pay a bitcoin ransom to get your information back (sometimes people pay the ransom and still can’t decrypt). The cryptolocker virus encrypts your hard drive information, there’s no work around for it. Always do system backups! Burn information to disks make a back up disk too.
Store information in several places. Get a subscription to Dropbox, where you can move information to the cloud. Use removable hard drives. If it’s not stored in 3 places it does not exist.
If you see you have popups, Control+Alt+Delete and go into the task manger processes list and close it there. Never click on pop up windows. If you don’t believe me, well click away.
Lastly wireless keyboards ARE NOT SAFE! If you have one, throw it away!! Want someone taking every keystroke you type? Then use a wireless keyboard.
Never use free internet ANYWHERE! It’s free for a reason. Don’t trust the black hatters!!!
I’ve been using CCleaner by Piriform recently to scrub. Don’t bother buying it, use the free version. Disable the “system monitoring” feature check box under monitoring once installed.
Lastly use superantispyware to scrub your machine often.

I think that they are, in general, as emotionally stable as the general population. They simply go in the direction where they feel their bread is buttered best.

Apple has released an urgent update to its desktop operating systems and the Safari web browser to block a hack that could have turned the machines into spying tools.
The security flaw affects the El Capitan and Yosemite Mac operating systems, and is the same that could have let hackers take complete control of iPhone devices, which Apple fixed with the iOS 9.3.5 update last week.
The Silicon Valley giant quietly released the update to the Mac software and Safari a week after its iPhone patch without addressing the delay.
Apple has urged customers with devices that are not running iOS 9.3.5, OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan and 10.10.5 Yosemite to update their software immediately to protect potential malicious actors from spying on them.

are the result of electing EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE PEOPLE . They rule by emotional OUTBURSTS,inflamatory rehetoric name calling like “RACIST””HATER” . They use FEAR to rule, while that can be a usefull tool it should only be used when reason fails .Stop electing those that rule by emotional Outbursts and we all be better off.
STABILITY at the TOP should be the rule !

Looks like we’ve made it through the first half hour in decent shape.
Why are yields on the 10 yr bonds rising with a Sept. rate hike now off the table?
Very little makes sense anymore

TORONTO, Sept 1 (Reuters) – Barrick Gold Corp, the world’s largest gold miner, said Thursday it has brought back a former executive to advance a scaled-back development plan for its suspended Pascua-Lama project that will first focus on Argentina.
The gold and silver project, which straddles the border of Argentina and Chile in the Andes Mountains, was put on hold in 2013 due to environmental issues, political opposition, labor unrest and development costs that ballooned to $8.5 billion.
George Bee, who has 16 years experience at Barrick and was most recently Chief Executive at Jaguar Mining, will work on a modest ‘starter’ option for a phased development plan, the company said.
Gold miners are increasingly doing “bite-sized” developments that carry less risk of budget disasters and fewer of the political and environmental disputes that have derailed mega-mines in recent years.
Recent evaluation work indicates that a scalable underground mine plan at Lama may be the best option for a phased approach, Barrick said.

Looks like the writing may be on the wall. I expect them to either drip sell pm’s all day or try to create a waterfall right before the SM opens.
PM’s cannot be seen as a viable alternative on economic weakness
USD ripping higher now. As long as the SM is up it’s all good.

I dunno? We get a straight up lift off, but then seem to have trouble igniting those second stage booster rockets. You have been around awhile, remember those 30,40, even 50 dollar up days?
We just might have to have patience until the Equisetum Spring ?

She called this Pizza. I didnt have the heart to tell her any different. 🙂 Resembles dessert more than pizza. Maybe if you put a dab of ice cream on top ?
Those folks eat some strange stuff out there in California. I still aint got up the nerve to try something called Tofu. Maybe if they called it Pizza…?
