RBS was doing the same scam, with it’s own internal ‘RBS’s Global Restructuring Group forced OK companies into near bankrupcy by calling loans, not rolling them over, huge fees etc…then had another internal Co, buy them out for pennies …
That all happened after they had a £ 45 billion bail out and were owned by the Taxpayer…..and as always so far not one of ’em is even under investigation, let alone in the slammer……My wife knows one Co that was put under by them.
