On the video Yep on the victimizing citizens with no accountability until then but also note Russia is not part of OPEC. They can’t control Russia economically. Even when Russia agreed to decrease output with others like the Saudis, Iran didn’t cooperate and was given a pass so the agreement fell apart. So who are they taking sides with?
