Loading ...should be fined a Billion and the money given back to depositors at Fargo ,not to Government & its crooked Bank regulators who allowed it to happen.
Its no different than a police station that catches drug dealers and then a judge releases them ,so they can catch them again and fine them again and again to fund their budgets . In effect banks become tax collectors just like the crooked police & judges.
That makes the Government accomplices in the crime when they benefit from the crime.!
