I was working for Grumman Aircraft in the sheet metal shop when that happened. It was a sad time. The engineers came to us the next day.
The interior was full of pure oxygen, and many odd shaped molded plastic parts that fed the fire. We had to re-fabricate all those parts out of thin aluminum. What a head ache.

Weirdest action I have ever seen in any mkt, let alone Dollar and PM’s….it’s like the Machine says no that is not allowed and then rams prices to whatever is the ‘correct’ value.
I just hope that he lives up to our expectations. If he makes nice with Putin and forestalls the nuclear war that Hillary was risking that would be a big one. If he starts putting GS guys in his cabinet then I’m going to be very disappointed!

IMO Trumps election is in the “impossible but it happened anyway” category. How could an outsider come along about one year ago and now be the next US President without some kind of Divine assistance?? That’s worth lots of thought and forgiveness and gives me hope for a better world in our future. I have to say I’ve only met one other, no, two other people here in Canada that think this is good news. The MSM has been all over negativity toward Trump; poisoned against him by their teleprompter bosses. If they only knew what a miracle this really is with all the vote rigging against him too, and Trump still came through with a landslide victory.
I think my statement of a couple days ago that he should have 90% of the votes is pretty close to the mark without the rig, considering the difference in Hillary’s and Trumps rally crowds. Trump has 20,000 + and Hillary has maybe 200 she paid to attend. I think the only ones who voted for her were the “gimmee’s” and the illegals who are afraid they’ll lose their free ride…..and I sure hope they do….because there never has been and never will be any free lunch!! Where I see a big move is the Bond mkt…Trump must borrow to build and that is two things he excels at and it will bring normalcy back to the world for savers and retirees…..Insurance stocks could really benefit as that happens.
