Loading ...Some years ago I was at a motivational speaker forum and one of the Speakers was a fill in for a NO SHOW where there were 1000 people waiting to hear the Speaker ….The President and CEO of our Franchise company met this guy in the Restaurant and he agreed to fill in for one of the NO SHOW speakers .This guy had a PHD in Psychology and was currently running a restaurant in Chicago called “The BAkery ” his discribed in a great speach and how he motivated his employees with all kinds of rewards and benefits for performance.Then at the end someone asked “what if all the benefits and bonuses dont work” them what ?..Well Chef LOUIE as he was known said “then just YELL at them to let them know your STILL the BOSS”.
I think thats what TRUMP did with the Media today ..They have to know your STILL the BOSS and they have to fear you if all the nice stuff dont work !
Its like I can read Trumps mind ,I know what his reaction is going to be …been there ,DONE THAT ! I experienced it all in the past 60 working years …Trump is right ! I have worked with some brilliant people ,Great minds do think alike !
Many I worked with went through WW2 ,the depression,and are not about to cow tow to some whinny word processor snowflake that wont shape up ….My God ,you shoulda worked for MY FATHER ! He ran a plant where 600 women worked for him… My cousin worked for him a brief time ,He said one day “uncle Phill I love you ,but your a son of a Bitch to work for”…..Dad didnt cut you no slack just because you were his nephew or son ! He was a tough guy ! He was good to you ,fair,but expected your best performance and everybody knew it…and you knew it too ! No slackers in his plant ! HAHA I just love to watch the mealy mouths get chewed up and spit out by a real manager !
