The Markets Are Distorted, Confused, with Hope As A Trading Strategy

On Zillow, in my zip code, there are 106 properties for sale, and 228 in various stages of foreclosure. A real estate broker told me they are still giving mortgages with very little money down. I hear student loans and or sub prime auto loans may blow up.
