The USA needs to divorce itself from all those leftist communist countries that have baggage. They have all been nothing but a burden since WW I.  I’ll also bet Europe (and China) have been exaggerating their problems to stay on the dole.  In other words, they are better off financially than their Media implies.

They don’t want to be thrown off the USA gravy train. Like leaches. Dead beats. Who needs them? Including those emotional superstitious Middle east countries still living in the 1600s. We need a wall across the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. 🙂

Colorado a few electoral trying to change their vote away from Hillary and can be confusing for some who do not understand what they’re up to and it’s not helping or voting for Trump. The Judge in not helping Hillary, that’s who they are bound to is Hillary. They’re not trying to vote for Trump or her ordering them to change their vote to Hillary.. That IS who their bound to is Hillary. The electorally are already in.
What’s happening is as usual a few democrats are trying to go rogue from electoral rules quoting Hamiltons quote saying their decision shouldn’t be based on popular vote alone. In some cases it isn’t to be fair to other states but this is a “conspiracy” that undermines the confidence of the electoral college. Typical democrats underhanded tactics. They want to team with some of the repubs in hope to get them to vote for a compromised candidate meaning Romney or Kasich “when they say they plan on voting for a compromised candidate”. A conspiracy in hopes other Repubs hopefully smarter than that to do the same if they were partial to either or to pull electoral votes away from Trump. The Judge in Denver made it clear if they did they could face jail and a fine as well as being immediately removed. IMO with their conspiracy attempt they should be anyways.

That is the one and only Frankie. He and Ian Telfer started Wheaton River to be bought out by Goldcorp and all that drama that ensued.

cut costs,cut costs,cut costs …the DEBT is too high to do anything else ! The money changers have reached their limits ,its time to renegotiate the DEBT ,the Bonds need to be repriced to their actual value ,the yield goes up to junk statis . ITS reset time !

Some of those Debt holders will become EQUITY holders in the exchange ,and then they will see what life is like on the other side !

I’ve been involved in Bankruptsy proceedings as a creditor ,so I know how it works out ! I watched the BEST Financiers WALL st had to try to save a company ,sometimes restructuring and sometimes  TIME can save the day ! Sometimes NOT ! I knew the BEST TAX ACCOUNTANTS money could buy just as Im sure Trump knew ….It requires co-operation of the MAJOR DEBT HOLDERS to take a deal that is doable and to pay off the smallest debt holders ,so they dont cause a bankruptsy default. Thats how I got paid 100 % of what was owed me.I threatened the big debt holders that I would force a bankruptsy unless I got paid 100 % . they agreed  because they had a lot to lose and it was cheaper to pay me.  Trump knows what to do ! Bring the JOBS back at whatever it costs you or everybody goes UNDER ….thats going to be Trumps negotiating conversation TODAY    .!    Been there done that ! To make it work Trump has to slash costs to employers . Get all the Social costs out of the workplace and back on to the STATES !.  No Healthcare costs to employers,no child Care costs to employers ..The STATE needs to do it.That where it belongs because small employers Cant do it. It severely disadvantages them in the competition for good employees and its the small employers that do the hiring ,so remove the costs from them .They will PAY more and wages will rise to get the best employees and then will be on an equal footing with BIG BUSINESS instead of being disadvantaged. Thats how it will work to get people back to work.!    BIG BUSINESS is part of the employment problem they have too much advantage over small business. They can afford to bribe politicians to raise costs for small business !   SOCIAL COSTS belong to the STATE ,not the local coffee SHOP !  unless you think a $20.00 cup of coffee is doable.!

Why do you think Mr Shultz is selling out of Starbucks !  He knows as smart as he is that he has reached his limits on pricing.

I was asked by a new fellow donut shop owner ,how do you know if you are priced at maximum return….. I replied watch your Customer COUNT ..then raise prices  if you need too, UNTIL the customer count starts dropping …then you know you got all your gonna get and still stay in business .I suspect Mr Shultz ‘ customer count is dropping , and he cant cut costs ,he’s in trouble and is getting out before it becomes apparent to everybody !

After I sold my business back to the Parent company my customer count was 7700 customer per week when I left.Two years later the same coffee & Donut shop was at 3400 customers a week because they kept raising prices .They lost TWO million dollars and ended up closing the business .I ran for 25 years and never lost money  !  I went in the shop after I sold it and talked to the manager ,I said what did you do before you came here ..He said I got an MBA in business from HARVARD ,I said do you have any bakery or food business experience ,H repeated I got an MBA from HARVARD as he sat there in his Three Piece Suit trying to run a Donut shop !

I laughed ,smiled and said have a nice day ! I knew it wouldent be long !  They lost Two million !

I wouldn’t jump to any conclusions yet that she is trying to force their hand to vote against Trump even if she doesn’t like him. Don’t have time to look into it right now but it looks like what a few manipulators are up to is voting rogue by voting for Romney in a silly underhanded effort to woo other republicans who are not bound to do the same to pull votes away from Trump.  REALLY And democracy moves on.

AFAIC Any elector who goes against the will of the people and votes for someone else should be charged with Treason and PUT UP AGAINST A WALL AND SHOT.

The electoral college is divided by the State not by districts. The winner of the popular vote in the State gets ALL the electoral votes.

This helps protect the rights of the particular state to have their say … not parts of the state.

I thought the reason for the electors was so that each of the nine electoral districts in Colorado had an equal say in the election. That is, some districts have little population but their say was as important as other electoral districts where there was vast populations, and the electors in the low populated areas had to vote whatever the popular vote was in THEIR electoral district. Otherwise the electors mean nothing if the large populated areas control the outcome of the “popular” vote.

Am I wrong or is this judge wrong??????

DENVER (AP) — Colorado’s nine electors must vote for Hillary Clinton because she won the state’s popular vote, a judge ruled Tuesday, effectively stopping the state’s electors from joining a longshot effort to unite with Republicans behind a compromise presidential candidate other than Donald Trump.

Denver Judge Elizabeth Starrs also ruled that any electors who fail to do so can immediately be replaced when the Electoral College convenes Dec. 19. She responded to a request from Colorado’s secretary of state, who was seeking a way to prevent electors from diverging from the winner of the state’s popular vote.

Electors Polly Baca and Robert Nemanich had sued to overturn a state law requiring them to vote for Clinton, but a federal judge refused to do so Monday.

There are similar lawsuits in California and Washington state seeking to overturn laws binding electors. A total of 28 other states have laws binding their electors to the winner of the popular vote.
