Ole Trump just keeps Rockin & Rollin along while Hillary fades from view. I heard the recounts she wanted via proxy of Jill, have not gone in her favor. Will be interesting to watch the Obama/Clinton dynasty slowly sink back into the hole it came from. Time to make America Great Again !

Somewhere in between watching the markets, trying to keep up with the World events, and the business of the Season, here is a little helper to get us into the Sprit of Christmas. No you have no idea what your talking about. Tell me WHERE in my post I said I condoned such demands? You have a bad habit of just going on a rant that doesn’t even fit the topic. I was talking about IRS workers and how you scrambled that to mandating multi languages or manufacturing I hav no idea. You may have been a manager at one factory but my father owned one and certainly didn’t go on rants like that or he wouldn’t of survived. Sometimes you come on like the boy who got his dad’s car keys and the people who actially make the business money with their skills and sweat are a dime a dozen, The alter ego. It’s them doing the work not the manager. I’ve seen the problems with that in hospitals. Those with little training trying to micro manage those with a lot nor realize the responsibility they have while trying to make their job more difficult with their not so bright ideas. This ” language issues is becoming a problem everywhere. But then again there is another English and that’s the kind where you PROCESS what people are saying not just speak the language like aforementioned in that post your off track ranting about.

I have NO idea what you are talking about !. Its simply too much to ask of an employer to adjust to every language in the world to accommodate a prospective employee .You dont seem to have any idea how difficult and DANGEROUS it is to employ someone that dont speak English.

Why should the burdon be on the employer ? Employers are not in the Social Worker business. Its no wonder unemployment is so high ..they are unemployable ! Its stupid burdens like that and from people that think they should push every problem on to an Employer .Its such a ridiculous idea obviously from somebody that never had to train someone at thier own EXPENSE someone that couldent speak English .. YOU do it ! I refuse ,thats why I got out of BUSINESS ..I’v been asked by the State to go back in business ,My answer is Fuck NO , Im not that Stupid ! NOT under these conditions .YOU do it ! Im not in the Social Worker business. ! It loses money every day ! You got a BAD attitude toward BUSINESS ! Thats why Trump is going to have a HARD time …Every RULE has to change especially work rules .Union RULES ,Overtime RULES, EVEN health RULES in the FOOD business ..I had Health inspectors tell me I had to do something that created a Health Hazzzard .! They ALL think they are Power players protecting their jurisdiction ,their territory .I had a State Health inspector force me to do something I knew was wrong ,so I called a Federal Dept of Agriculture and He forced the County health Inspector to undo his demand. They got in to a fight about whose jurisdiction it was !

in the Garment business it was the Corrupt Unions doing the same thing .If a girl was putting pockets on and I didnt have pockets on a garment ,they said I should send her home until I had pockets for her even though she was perfectly capable of doing some other section of a Garment .They insisted I hire a second person for the other job BECAUSE each PERSON was another DUES PAYING MEMBER . The union didnt give a shit if she only had 4 hours work a day ,I wanted to give her the 8 hours a day work ..that she wanted .

Stupid work RULES all pushed on the EMPLOYER .That the employee didnt like or want either !

YOU have NO idea what you are talking about ..comparing some foreign country to US employment COSTS ! YOU wouldent last 1 week as an employer in Manufacturing ! or any business Im familiar with ! and I have employed thousands..!

Healthcare is a business like a monopoly ,it charges what the public will pay and more , they have no choice . There is NO other business that runs like that except for the College & University business .Thats the only TWO ! NO other business runs like that where you can push an unlimited costs on to Employers.. They just keep raising prices without limit.

How would a Hospital like to train its nurses to speak Mandarin ,Farsi or Sicilian if the Government required it and put the training expense on the Hospital to comply with Diversity mandates ! Who would want a nurse that didnt know the LANGUAGE and was responsible for giving medication !

You live and work in a very sheltered environment ,not found in the Competitive World ! Obama is nuts and so are the rest of the Liberals ! Thats why they LOST the ELECTION… Politicians live in a fantasy world and thats all about to change.. !

Historically, in the past two hundred years, that crater has been a boiling lake of lava that does not overflow. Sometimes it hardens and goes dormant for a few years before going active again. Because it is the summit area, the lake level is a good indicator of lava pressure. What usually happens is that downslope areas on the flank of the mountain will split open and erupt a little more spectacularly, with fountains of lava that spatter and form small cones. That is presently going on several miles to the east of this crater, where Pu’u O’o is presently erupting from a cone and flowing downslope to the south and entering the sea with spectacular long lava flows. But Halemaumau crater just sits there and boils… as far back as Hawaiian oral history memory goes.

The Hawaii volcano is a fairly tame ‘Shield Volcano’ that builds slowly by overflow running down the slopes. You can websearch ‘Hawaii Volcano Observatory’ for lots more information, or start here:

I have bought a few collections of old movies from decades past ( Excellent Eighties , etc. on Amazon) and while watching one of the less memorable ones , noted that the producers’ names included one Frank Giustra , probably the father of the Frank Giustra who runs mines and hobnobs with the Clintons.

Before Presidente Uribe of Colombia left office , Bill Clinton came to Bogota along with Giustra on his (Giustra’s) corporate jet . Same day , Secretary of State Hillary arrives on her private government jet . Next morning , ex- President Bill has breakfast with el Presidente , who was trying to promote more trade with USA to benefit the Colombian people . At lunchtime , Hillary has lunch with el Presidente . Then the Clinton’s leave , Bill with Giustra , Hillary on her government jet .

A few days later , a Giustra company gets permission to clear cut a rain forest ( remember Hillary the Eco-politician? ) near a Pacific port and the old growth trees begin to leave for Asia . About a week later , Giustra makes a multi-million dollar donation to the Clinton foundation .

You lie down with dogs , you wake up with fleas .
