Russian Experts are leaning heavily towards a “Radio Electronic Attack” that downed the Russian TU-154 of the Black Sea of the cost of Sochi. The Russian Military plane had 92 on board including the famed Russian military Choir, 9 journalist, 1 General and 5 Colonels.
