Is this a warning to The Don?

I was figgering an a.s.s.a.s.s.i.n.a.t.i.o.n. attempt would be pinpoint, until 911. After that clustermuck, TPTB have no compunction on wasting 3000+ lives and another million brown people.

So, is it a pin prick or a really big splosion the deep state utilizes?
