a flat pack truck from the brits – comes in kit form, three wrench-savvy guys can put one together in twelve hours.  projected cost $13k!  steel frame, engineered laminate (high tech swedish plywood) panels light weight all terrain vehicle.  2.2 liter ford diesel, TWO TON capacity, 18-20 mpg, 65-75 mph top end, ten inch ground clearance.  still in development.

I think I’ve managed to plug the ‘leak’.  Why did no one tell me about this stuff?

Seriously, I was having coffee enemas administered by mouth…

Oatmeal, and plain noodle saimin soup were the first solids in three days to stay down.  They have yet to run the course, but seem to have plugged the leak.

Farmboy… I got mine.  Outta the big city, water independent, good growing & fishing, good neighbors, and volcanic heat year ’round.  Did I mention that ‘Puna Geothermal’ is producing 38 MegaWatts of electricity from the volcano, just down the road from me? Let the grid fail!
