Oroville Dam Overtops… Evacuations ordered

Feather river downstream in danger immediately.  Yuba county evacuations ordered.  Sacramento river and Sacramento city downstream in danger.  It’s out of control and the emergency spillway has overtopped, and is expected to fail any hour now.  This could breach the dam ramparts.
