We’ve endured eight years of executive evil in an attempt to destroy our country and legislative inertia towards the populace while engaging in illegitimate private gain…while the three branches of government have all but overthrown the Constitution.

And fits my theory that Trump needs to sooner than later take off his ‘play nice’ boxing gloves, and start kicking some arse. Appreciate his effort to reach out, be a President for all, but the sooner he tackles the swamp, the better off we all will be.

I have repaired hundreds of dams including ones like Oroville, which were in the process of failure. I know a lot about dams.
The spillway failure is a common type of failure, where phreatic, or surface water entered the spillway, migrating beneath the slabs. (A static element on a dynamic element, A hard element on a live element). The dam is hydrated and dehydrated as water levels rise and fall, moving, as soils swell from pressures and water mass. In times of high rain the phreatic surface (hydrated soils line) moves toward the surface, venting into the void so produced.
This creates a void. Moving water over the years has eroded soils from beneath the slab downstream and left a channel. Now, the spillway has been actuated in a high-flow event and the plates of the spillway have failed into the stream, scouring from beneath them. They will continue to fail as the water continues to flow. The hydraulic jump exacerbates this erosion.
If the flow continues for a long enough time, with sufficient velocity, the reservoir will be voided by the migration of the erosion to the pool (cut-back). I cannot tell if failure is imminent, from Ohio, but it is an unacceptable situation that has been allowed to develop. It is a case of pennies pinched producing dollars spent, perhaps tragedy.
What we can learn as a nation is the information that is being disseminated. Words chosen carefully, to not excite, to not scare. The issue, as it now stands is serious, life-threatening even. The officials, the owners reps, the media will tell us now, that there is nothing to be be frightened about – all under control (remember Katrina??).

Oroville dam spillway update
Jim Stone is now predicting the spillway will fail within a week:
“1. They cannot get trucks into the emergency spillway area to repair it, because the road is gone.
2. There is a huge ravine that may look small in the photos, but it is very large that has eaten its way to within about 10 feet of the emergency spillway. It is at least as deep as the hole in the road photo above, which also looks insignificant in wide area photos because this disaster is so big it cannot be shown in a photo.
They are trying to fill the holes with helicopters, but I do not believe that will work with holes that big. If the dam overtops the emergency spillway again, it will fail, period. The only way they would have a chance is if they could get a huge line of cement trucks in there, and they clearly cannot because the road is gone. And how many truckloads of cement would it take to patch even the first hole, which cut the road in half, and is washed out for at least a thousand feet with similar ravines and erosion? That is not even the big hole in the photo above, it is only the one that starts the cut in the road.
3. The main spillway continues to get eaten. In my opinion they are not letting enough water out of it. They need to simply let it rip at the full 250,000 cfs it is rated for and hold onto their pants and pray the whole mountain does not give out, or that the entire spillway system including the gates is not ripped out from it after being so badly damaged. What else can they do? Clearly, the emergency spillway is death upon next use, so they had better do everything possible to avoid using it.
4. Every other dam in California’s system is filled to capacity, and spring runoff has not even started. Levee failures are already happening due to all the dams at high outflow and the fact that communists in California’s government gave $25 billion to illegals, while they let California’s water infrastructure rot with far less than $1 billion. Good solid snowflake logic there. And the “snowflakes” in the mountains are going to do a nice job of re-enforcing the outcome of that logic this spring.
MY CONCLUSION: Lake Tulare, an enormous 600 square mile inland sea that was once in the San Joaquin valley is coming back this year, and the city of Tulare is GONE.
Oroville alone would fill lake Tulare, but is not well positioned to do it. It will take other problems to cause that, which will probably happen.”

Everything you said was so true! Unfortunately we’ve allowed the judiciary in this country to rule the roost. Lincoln wanted to arrest a Supreme Court judge for ruling against the Constitution. FDR, the same.
These judges are nothing but human beings, sometimes good and sometimes bad with an opinion – too often their opinion and personal feelings about issues overturn written laws.

Such a great statement! I don’t know, but I believe as a people we have been so brainwashed as to believe that we should be afraid of challenging so-called authority. That the “all seeing eye” of government will catch and punish us severely – that we have no chance or choice.

The “outraged people” you speak of need to become outraged again and forget about fear of prosecution by a corrupt legal system that defends the crooks and prosecutes based on belief and opinion.
Trump stood up for us and the truth IMHO. If we don’t stand up for him and back him up, there will be no second chances, clearly the Republicans don’t have his back. The onslaught of media attacks have those weak, corrupt POS politicians on the run.

At another time, a young and brilliant lawyer was sent to the local jail to interview a prospective client who had manhandled a little girl. He came back in a rage, went to the head honcho screaming that he would quit before he would represent the pig. Unfortunately, this country doesn’t have nearly enough attorneys with such moral courage.
Definitely it is past time for folks to stand up and protect all children.

New Mexico to shed its citizens on us
Mexico isn’t going to accept them if they can’t prove they’re mexican citizens to slow the deportation of criminals. FYI Some maybe many mexicans were born out of hospitals. I’m sure there Gov will block any attempt to get birth records or deny them and even citizens have problems at times. They are also assigned numbers. In Mexivo they can be arrested if they don’t have ID but now they’re pulling this on us. They have a place at borders in Mexico that can keep them for two weeks and help the get bus tickets to their home and ID s once deported back. Very little on welfare there and why they have a low unemployment rate. Now that they are helping very poor familys including with paying for school they’re having problems getting them to go to work. Also where they get paid vendors put up things next to it like ckoths their seen buying with the money not sure if it’s going to he kids needs . But they will make their kids work and give them half or most the money they earn for things like washing car windows, juggling or selling gum. No longer safe for Americans getting their drinks drugged, robbed raped and assaulted. One of my friend said and that was years ago they went to a border town went to dinner and their drinks were drugged. They started feeling woozy and her husband said lets get out of here. They barley made it to the hotel passed out woke up 20 hours later. Heard stories of getting Attacked trying to cross the border but US side could do nothing but call a Ambulance when they crossed. Other bad stories. Lots of black market things go on there. One said they say a guy prostituting out his young sisters. I’m guessing these places that take deported citizens are going to get filled. Meanwhile they’re advertizing in Mexico as well lawyers will help them fight deportation and they can stay in this country until then. If they do I hope they will get no welfare benefits because they are not only robbing citizens on their side they’re coming here using our system to Rob us here. Yea some work don’t bother anyone don’t use it but many do. They need better checks on false IDs needed too especially when s taking someone’s ID or getting gov or state funds.

I’m hearing all sorts of numbers Browns wanting. I wouldn’t be surprised if much of it would wind up in their back pocket. If Trump refused it should be on news as theyll start whining. Hard to say because then he’d have to backtrack on his not needing the Fed. From what I heard they pay out more than they get back from the Fed from our ridiculous taxes. Heard things are more under control with the spillway right now and empting more water getting ready for the next rains. They have cool things there. They got little cabins right on the lake where you can take a kayak right off the cabin and houseboats you can rent. Or did.
