Agreed. I’m concerned about ALL the values of ALL our miners that have cross border activities now. On the positive side, the values of the BULLIONS produced in USA should rise reflecting less cheaper imported production, same as all consumer imports.
What good are cheaper imports if it causes less work and prosperity here. I remember back in the day before the gold dollar de-peg, we produced our own oil. (and everything else) USA rig workers were getting $35/hr. Then the local Oil companies with gov’t aid started IMPORTING oil because foreign rig guys were get $3 a day.
I favor focus on or prefer any miners with mines in the USA.
