I hope that anyone who reads your 9:16 item from the Fraser Institute bothers to read the very bottom of the link where the Institute’s mission is described and where the following sentence is printed: “To protect the Institutes independence, it does not accept grants from government or contracts for research”.
In the investment and geopolitical world today I do not frequent many analyses for which I can trust the independence of the source, but, so far, the Fraser Institute meets a high standard as far as I am concerned.
