I had sold my business and the children were grown and I decided to see the Country and the fabled California .I spent 6 weeks traveled from San Diego to San Francisco with a side trip to Lake Tahoe.It was all very beautiful .While in San Diego I made a side trip to Tiajuana ..my first visit to a Third world Country .There were children in the streets selling life savers candy one piece at a time for a penny.I thought why arent they in school ? I realized they dident go to school ! Women with Back Paks doing the same except the back Paks carried infants  ..all day like a Papoose while they sold trinkets . I spent 6 weeks touring a beautiful State that had some strange contrasts .When I got to San Francisco I made my way to the hippie Haight Ashbury area and there I saw Two female teanagers living the Hippie experience sleeping in a doorway of a retail store .I overheard one say “its not so bad if you dont mind the LICE ! I thought why live here ? Whats so glamorous about being a Hippie ? I thought to myself ! i always wondered what became of them !.

Some things are made from legends and in reality are pitiful l ! I guess there were lessons learned that day ! Maybe I was the one learning the lessons,instead of them .It seems like those that believe the talk about how Glamorous hippie life was got what they deserved .

I live in CO and I haven’t seen people lying around stoned and debilitated. Black men aren’t raping white women. Crime hasn’t spiked, jails are closing and a bunch of people that used to live off of prohibition are having to find honest jobs instead. A whole industry has grown around drug crimes, that aren’t crimes in the first place. Search and seizure is illegal and immoral, but somehow tolerated in the drug war.

I was here, and noticed a huge “mood swing” after 12:00. Maybe Trump said something? I don’t know. But you’re right, something doesn’t smell right. In fact everything doesn’t smell right after Sept Oct, Brexit and then Trump election.

Some people say its machines and hedge funds playing against each other. The sudden and extreme price swings don’t make any sense. Like in the movie “China Syndrome” when Jack Leman felt some kind of a vibration and sensed something was wrong. Soon after there was a meltdown.

I think something big is going to happen, (the 2nd eye wall) and it wont matter how low any of the shares go, if you have physical, (insurance) the prices will get so high, they will over ride any paper losses. The laws of supply and demand setting prices, ended a long time ago.

Now a days, its the changing prices that cause change the supply or demand, until the price “distortion” gets so extreme, at that POINT it reverses.

I remember we were not allowed to see Elvis below the waist, then the communists infiltrated the movie industry, and promoted sex drugs and alcohol. Isn’t that the communist agenda? Lower the morals? Supposedly, originally the movie industry started in Germany, and first settled in NYC.

I haven’t liked the action in the silver futures market for awhile. That’s what they’ll attack first IMHO.

eeos – no doubt these stocks suck. I sold some the last couple of days but only 20%. Should have dumped everything.
