Loading ...Technocracy was a quasi-religion movement from about 80 years ago . The concepts persist .. that there is an intellectual elite who can best rule the world .
Somehow I got on the mailing list for an organization seeking to expose those elitist concepts and this came in today – apparently these interactive AI ‘bots’ are communicating back and forth to each other in a code that only they understand :
