Loading ...Yeah I agree people should do what they’re cut out to do and money shouldn’t be the only motivator. Dental is getting ridiculous. Insane. I decided a few years ago to get a couple of teeth pulled from old injury catching up after 30 years of thousands for dental work figuring Im not 20 so just get insets. The dentist made them too tight was causing pain, woke up took them out during night put it on table. Well woke up in morning and they were gone. My dog got them ATE them. Chewed them up. Stupid dog. Still was a couple thousand for that. Expensive dog treat. My girls went the other wat although could of been nurses their reason.. I was gone all the time. They knew I couldn’t be there for a lot of things. Holidays.. Sports as one was a MVP. The day my daughter got about 5 golds one silver in one day at a martial arts thing beating out higher belts in San Fransisco a friend had to take her too on and on. Got pictures anyways. Things Id like to be there for but couldn’t. Even Halloween when kids. There are easier jobs like school nurse. Now they’re even cutting that out of schools.
The problem of making deductables is many lay people don’t know if something is needed to go in or take their kids in. People ” children could die” plus they wind up in the ER. They’re over crowded as is and you bring a kid in with a ear infection or injury accident and he/ she winds up picking up something else say during flu season. A lot of the better pediatrician offices now are separating the rooms for the sick now. Illegals for instance are bringing in TB coughing in ER. Has one patent as a baby still kniw her brain damaged because her parents came from Mexico illegaly to get medical care and her mom dies in the parking lot of the hospital and they had to take ” deliver her” post mortem and prematurely. As she got older I started teaching her sign language because she can’t talk but can think. So they started teaching her in special school, she uses it to drive people crazy now. Long story, behavioral issues due to brain dammage. Helen Keller mild compared to her. Shes something else. I bought her a little snow man because she liked the movie with Olaf a snow man and frosty. It repeated what ever sounds she made. She liked it and was tryimg to sing and it would repeat it but then took it and hit another nurse over the head with it and actually made her cry while she was laughing. That kinda something else.
They socialized health care so should keep it thst way unless they bring costs back now but this isn’t the 50 s anymore and nothing ever really goes back down so make it realistic. Less sick people are more productive people,
We have a epidemic of drug problems with Pharma’s a big contributors plus whats comijg over the border. They also need help its killing a generation of people and could spread. They need treatment and not just for a short set time it’s not a over night thing and some especially when pain involved could take years.
