Loading ...Yes to electrolytes! Gatorade is my soft drink of choice when not water. Living and working up a sweat in the tropics teaches that lesson. I don’t ever want to have another kidney stone! Last one was stuck there for 5 weeks before it passed! But no history of heart disease in my family, so I’m not worried about the NSAIDs. Naproxen seems to be much safer than aspirin from what I have studied. Remember Celebrex and the related LOX-5 ‘new tech’ nsaids? I got an irregular heartbeat while taking them under a doc’s care after a car accident. Stopped that stuff immediately… then came the revelations and lawsuits before they were taken off the market.
