Looks like Moggy will be on the edge of darkness for a brief time. If you want longer totality, go out east to the centerline at the northeastern tip of Georgia.

I witnessed the long duration totality that crossed Hawaii in 1991, and the memory still gives me shivers. The most awesome ‘special effect’ the local universe has to offer. 16 days and counting. Plan to see it if at all possible for you.
