and was told there was a 53 min. wait, but if I didn’t want to hold they would call me back in 53 min. Okay, I wasn’t going anywhere so I waited. I got the call and had to listen to advertising spiels and then can you believe it, they put me on hold. So I had to get in line to be put on hold, Unbelievable. I am going to change my phone service.
