For locals trapped in their house as floodwaters rise, the NWS Houston had some words of advice: “EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT HAS REQUESTED: IF HIGHEST FLOOR OF YOUR HOME BECOMES DANGEROUS…GET ON THE ROOF.”
