latest advisory from noaa’s national hurricane center
shows irma expected to cross into georgia monday afternoon as a tropical storm after giving south and central florida a hard time. it will get interesting tomorrow (sat) afternoon when it takes an expected northerly turn. if it turns a little earlier or sharper that expected, the east coast is screwed. if it turnd a little later or not as sharp, the west coast is screwed. a lot later or a lot less sharp a turn, the gulf coast is in harm’s way. pensacola? mobile? n’awlins? houston (again)?
i think there will be a lot of folks watching that turn tomorrow.
