Where Ororeef got those stats have been a bad joke but it is in reference to certain blacks with chips on their shoulders blaming whites for oppression when it appears the only one who oppressed them is their own people. Every time you see a successful black other than in sports they criticize them with words like Uncle Tom. They even called a black surgeon we all know Ben Carson a Uncle Tom.
Your country is relatively new to integration and why PC may be so important.
You won’t find any black congress who live in the black districts they supposedly represent. For instance that nut Maxine Walters. She lives in a multi million dollar house in a different district and how can she afford in her salary that house anyways. Meanwhile nothing for her district to improve safety, jobs, or education but she’ll use the race card to get elected.
Now we have over paid football players disrespecting our country which is one of the best countries to live in being black. You see the boats coming out running into Europe or trying to get Visas to the US but you don’t see boats of black Americans trying to get in places their Ancestors came.
They can’t blame anyone else for their problems there when their leaders spend more for military and little nothing for the people. So what happens, other nations come in instead to feed them.
In Europe your having a wave of crime coming from these places but yet you do nothing. They are taking advantage, disrespecting you, running all over you, even literally and you seem to think just being nice to them is going to fix it when it’s just giving them the green light. Why, because they think YOUR stupid and weak because you want to be like America and diversify and think you have a guilt problem. How many are really refugees vs parasites and criminals or mentally deranged psychopaths eating up all your resources robbing, raping and killing your people while you do little or nothing about it because all they have to do is cry racist.
The difference here is we are diversified and we see people for whom they are and what they are not based on race creed or religion. That’s not racists, racists is a double standard of making excuses for someone based on their race or religion considering crimes or attacks on other individuals.
When you have a problem with something in your country do you blame your country, its constitution, burn or disrespect your flag, attack people or do you focus on the people doing it as no place is perfect but we have the ability to make it better with our constitution. If you do the first then you should leave that country and probably would. They are not because their full of it and know they can never get the advantages they have here somewhere else. Seems to me you should be focusing more on Merkel and her cohorts looking for cheap labor and how she is destroying Europe than a bad joke by Ororeef.
On the other hand the things coming out of their mouths ” unprovoked are far worse. So with grain of salt what comes around goes around.
We unlike you over there won’t put up with it. Equality is equal not putting others at a disadvantage for people who didn’t earn nor deserve it.
Now if you saw 5 guys with masks, bats, tire irons banging on your door yelling you better let them in or your racist would you let them in? If your PC is more important we’ll give you the Darwin Award.

natural Selection will have some group at the bottom,its a mathematical certainty.When I ran statistical studies while in the Garment business which was an ideal place to do such a study since everybody worked “piece work” First you had the minimum wage ,then you had a higher guaranteed minimum wage for selected employees earned by proven experience and value to the firm.Then everybody worked piecework and sometimes someone with great Talent to do a particular job and little time with the company made more money than everybody else !  A true Meritocracy ! There was always somebody at the bottom for whatever reason that never earned even the minimum wage ..that was called “make up pay” the minimum minus work produced .Nobody ever got fired for having make up pay recorded ,but it was always there for each employee to see each week (not disclosed to others).

I always thought what would happen if I fired the least productive 20 % ? Would “make up “pay go away ?

The answer is NO ,because everything has an equilibrium .Someone else would fall down into that slot ,but make up pay would decrease ,but never go away .

So If all Blacks were deported  my studies indicate that another group would fill that slot ,BUT there would be an improvement in overall statistics because of competition for jobs,attitude towards work  ,cultural norms ,communists ability to infiltrate other groups are vastly different depending what could be exploited by them.

Unfortunately for blacks they were targeted by communist left leaners as more easily exploited and some fell victums to them .

Just to make things more clear ..of 150 employees of mine about 15 % were black and many worked for us for 15 years or more ,relative to productivity they were no more or less productive in piece work studies .

MY skill was to put the RIGHT person on the RIGHT JOB to allow them to make make the most of each ones talent .

It may be true that we attracted the best more productive people of each group because of emphasis on individual merit .

I never even considered what a persons ethnic or race was ,that was none of my interest ,I needed productive people period ,and I saw to it that my people made MORE MONEY than Union SHOPS ,in some cases double what they were making .

People came to me for jobs for their relatives ,at one time I had five sisters and three of their daughters working there. Pretty amazing   !A smple breakdown might have been 15 % black,20 % Cuban,5 % Puerto Rican,20 % Portugese 10 % Polish ,10 % Italian …other unknown…A great Crew ,I treasured them ,I always made sure I did everything to assist them to get more more productive .

I don’t think anyone wanted to participate on a site that didn’t allow alternative views or speech. I don’t!

I remember some of the old sites and guys getting flat out extricated for views opposing anything the site was pushing – gold or whatever.

We subscribe to the 1st Amendment here – I know it’s a foreign concept to many, but that is actually “freedom of speech”.

I don’t always agree with everything said, and I know there are a lot of times that others have been offended by things I’ve said.

Everyone has the right to respond, in this case it was eeos. If you’re looking for a site full of groupthink where the collective gets to shout down someone they don’t agree with – then you are in the wrong spot.

Odell Beckham does his thing and nothing happens because he is a star. The NFL is a joke.
