Loading ...natural Selection will have some group at the bottom,its a mathematical certainty.When I ran statistical studies while in the Garment business which was an ideal place to do such a study since everybody worked “piece work” First you had the minimum wage ,then you had a higher guaranteed minimum wage for selected employees earned by proven experience and value to the firm.Then everybody worked piecework and sometimes someone with great Talent to do a particular job and little time with the company made more money than everybody else ! A true Meritocracy ! There was always somebody at the bottom for whatever reason that never earned even the minimum wage ..that was called “make up pay” the minimum minus work produced .Nobody ever got fired for having make up pay recorded ,but it was always there for each employee to see each week (not disclosed to others).
I always thought what would happen if I fired the least productive 20 % ? Would “make up “pay go away ?
The answer is NO ,because everything has an equilibrium .Someone else would fall down into that slot ,but make up pay would decrease ,but never go away .
So If all Blacks were deported my studies indicate that another group would fill that slot ,BUT there would be an improvement in overall statistics because of competition for jobs,attitude towards work ,cultural norms ,communists ability to infiltrate other groups are vastly different depending what could be exploited by them.
Unfortunately for blacks they were targeted by communist left leaners as more easily exploited and some fell victums to them .
Just to make things more clear ..of 150 employees of mine about 15 % were black and many worked for us for 15 years or more ,relative to productivity they were no more or less productive in piece work studies .
MY skill was to put the RIGHT person on the RIGHT JOB to allow them to make make the most of each ones talent .
It may be true that we attracted the best more productive people of each group because of emphasis on individual merit .
I never even considered what a persons ethnic or race was ,that was none of my interest ,I needed productive people period ,and I saw to it that my people made MORE MONEY than Union SHOPS ,in some cases double what they were making .
People came to me for jobs for their relatives ,at one time I had five sisters and three of their daughters working there. Pretty amazing !A smple breakdown might have been 15 % black,20 % Cuban,5 % Puerto Rican,20 % Portugese 10 % Polish ,10 % Italian …other unknown…A great Crew ,I treasured them ,I always made sure I did everything to assist them to get more more productive .
