Bet Inflation… go for the 3 years.  I’ve already seen rising rents in Honolulu in the past couple years… in one of the most expensive cities in the country… exacerbating the homeless problem as minimum wage earners are forced out of homes due to unaffordable rents.  It was getting difficult for me in my late working years before retirement to the ranch here.
